Work Here program offers …
- Customized drug-free workplace policies that comply with current
state and federal laws;
- Employee drug and alcohol testing, including random selection,
MRO review, SAMHSA-certified lab analysis, and rapid test results;
- Supervisor and employee training to better recognize employee
substance abuse and methods of confrontation;
- Access to high-quality, low-cost Employee Assistance Programs
(EAPs) through the organization’s consortium; and
- Updates on drug-free workplace issues and laws through a timely
e-mail newsletter and other workplace promotion items.
